Stepping into the professional modeling world is overwhelming, especially for talent discovered outside the traditional pipeline. Esther, a former international clothing brand model, serves as our Talent Advisor. She mentors Modelia’s newly signed faces on everything from runway walks and physical posing to contract negotiation and mental health. Estheri ensures that when our models step off the digital board and onto a real physical set, they are fully prepared.

Personal Experience

“I was scouted at 17 and thrown onto a plane to Milan with zero preparation. I had to learn the business the hard way. My role at Modelia is to be the guide I never had. Because our talent is discovered so quickly via AI, my job is to fast-track their physical and mental preparation so they walk onto their first real commercial set with the confidence of a veteran.”
